We do have a great exchange policy instead of refund! If the order did not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for the same one, for something different, or just get an instant credit to use for further purchases.
All sales of StaticPoster are final and ineligible for returns or refund, however, can be exchanged within 5 business days through instant credit less shipping. Please note that processing may take 2 business days and this does NOT include shipping time.
• Proof of purchase, pictures of the defective products and of the shipping box are required for all exchanges.
• Instant credit less shipping.
• Customers wanting to exchange a product are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item.
• The product must be unused and in its original packing.
• No exchanges will be processed for customer errors such as failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s regret.
How Exchange Works
• Please send your purchase invoice and pictures to info@staticposter.com.
• Select the items to exchange – Get an exchange confirmation – Send back the item, if needed.
• Our customer rep will assist as soon as possible.
